"Ring Ring Ring" comes off Don't Tap the Glass, the ninth album from Tyler, the Creator, and it first surfaced in July 2025. Tyler wrote and produced it on his own, building it around a lift from Ray Parker Jr. and Raydio's "All in the Way You Get Down", and the result splits the difference between R&B and hip-hop. At the end of that month it went to US rhythmic radio as the album's lead single.
Critics warmed to it once the full album was out, and it climbed to 44 on the Billboard Hot 100 while landing in the top ten of both the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and New Zealand's Hot Singles chart.
