Papa Roach made "Gravity" the follow-up single from F.E.A.R., their seventh studio album, in 2015, and Jacoby Shaddix doesn't carry it alone: Maria Brink of In This Moment joins him on vocals. She has a hand in the writing too, sharing the credit with Shaddix, Jerry Horton, Tobin Esperance and producer Kevin Churko.
Churko ran the sessions from start to finish, producing, recording and mixing the track, with Kane Churko adding engineering. Horton plays guitar and sings backup, Esperance covers both guitar and bass, and Tony Palermo is on drums.
