The Last Hero by Alter Bridge

The Last Hero, Alter Bridge's fifth studio album, arrived on October 7, 2016, through Napalm Records everywhere but North America, where the band put it out on its own label. Michael "Elvis" Baskette, their producer since Blackbird, was back behind the desk, and the Orlando four-piece of Myles Kennedy on vocals and rhythm guitar, Mark Tremonti on lead guitar, Brian Marshall on bass and Scott Phillips on drums went big: at 66 minutes, it's the longest studio record they've made.

It's heavy and widescreen, all towering riffs and Kennedy's big lungs. "Show Me a Leader" led the way to rock radio that July, followed by "My Champion", "Poison in Your Veins" and "The Other Side", which later did duty as WWE entrance music for The Judgment Day. It gave the band its first Billboard 200 top ten since the debut, and its first UK top five.
