Temper Temper by Bullet for My Valentine

Temper Temper, Bullet for My Valentine's fourth studio album, hit the shelves in February 2013 as the Bridgend band's first release on RCA. Don Gilmore, who had produced Fever in 2010, was back behind the desk, and Chris Lord-Alge mixed it, so the whole thing lands with a big, buffed, arena-sized punch.

Matthew Tuck sings and plays rhythm guitar, Michael Paget takes the leads, Michael "Moose" Thomas drums, and Jason James plays bass on what turned out to be his last album with the band before he left in 2015. The Welsh crew have always worn their love of Metallica, Iron Maiden and Slayer on their sleeves, and here that heritage gets squeezed into tighter songs and bigger hooks. The title track is the one that made the countdowns, and the album peaked at 13 on the Billboard 200.
