"Delete" is a Ninajirachi song through and through: the Australian electronic producer and DJ, real name Nina Wilson, wrote and produced it herself, and Wave Racer handled the mix. It sits on I Love My Computer, her debut album, released on NLV Records on 8 August 2025 and pieced together from songs she had written over six years.
The record is her tribute to her own computer, which she calls the greatest collaborator she'll ever have, and it runs on the internet dance music of the 2010s, skipping from hyperpop to trance and complextro, with loosely autobiographical lyrics about growing up online in the early 2010s. It won the 2025 Australian Music Prize, took Best Independent Release at the ARIA Music Awards and climbed to number 12 on the ARIA albums chart.
