Caer by Twin Shadow
Caer is an album by Twin Shadow, released in 2018. 1 song from it has charted on rock radio countdowns, with 3 countdown appearances in total. The biggest is “Saturdays”, on 3 lists with a best position of #44.
Caer, Twin Shadow's fourth studio album, landed on April 27, 2018 through Warner Music Group, the latest chapter from George Lewis Jr., the Dominican-born, Florida-raised songwriter who started the project in Brooklyn back in 2006. After Forget, Confess and Eclipse, Lewis kept chasing the glossy, heart-on-sleeve pop he does best: glimmering synths, reverb-soaked hooks and a voice that swoons without apology.
He rolled it out in February with two songs at once, "Little Woman" and "Saturdays", the second with Haim along for the ride and sounding like a convertible with the top down, then followed in March with "Brace", featuring Rainsford. Critics were broadly warm: Metacritic's tally of 10 reviews came out at 69.
