The Time of Our Lives is an EP by Miley Cyrus, released in 2009. 1 song from it has charted on rock radio countdowns, with 5 countdown appearances in total. The biggest is “Party In The Usa”, on 5 lists with a best position of #191.
The Time of Our Lives, Miley Cyrus's first EP, landed on Hollywood Records on August 28, 2009, starting life as a Walmart exclusive in the US and as a companion to her clothing line with Max Azria. It's the Hannah Montana star edging toward grown-up pop rock, with John Shanks producing most of it and Dr. Luke lending a hand. Cyrus wrote little of it herself: her only credit is on a live version of "Before the Storm", her collaboration with the Jonas Brothers.
The one everybody remembers is "Party in the U.S.A.", a sugar rush of a single that went to number two on the Hot 100 and became Hollywood Records' best- and fastest-selling single. "When I Look at You" did double duty promoting her film The Last Song. Critics mostly heard a smart step toward adulthood, though the ballads drew grumbles, and the EP reached number two on the Billboard 200 and went triple platinum.
