Razzmatazz, the debut album from Salt Lake City's I Dont Know How but They Found Me, finally landed on Fearless Records on October 23, 2020, a week later than planned because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It's Dallon Weekes and drummer Ryan Seaman, the pair who formed the band in secret and denied it even existed, going all in on retro glam-pop: glittering synths, slinky bass lines and Weekes crooning with a raised eyebrow.
"Leave Me Alone" sulks and struts, and "New Invention" is a nervy sugar rush of hooks, and both turned up on the countdowns. A couple of years after Rock Sound put them on its cover as the hottest band on the planet without a record deal, this was the full-length payoff. It's also the only studio album with Seaman, who was let go in 2023.
