Vicious by Halestorm
Vicious is an album by Halestorm, released in 2018. 1 song from it has charted on rock radio countdowns, with 3 countdown appearances in total. The biggest is “Uncomfortable”, on 3 lists with a best position of #8.
Vicious, Halestorm's fourth album, landed on Atlantic on July 27, 2018, and the title isn't false advertising. The Red Lion, Pennsylvania band, founded by siblings Lzzy and Arejay Hale, had spent years sharpening their teeth on the road, and that stage muscle comes through in a record of hard, punchy riffs and big, bruising choruses. Lzzy sings and plays guitar with full-throated fire, Joe Hottinger adds the second guitar, and Josh Smith on bass and Arejay on drums hit like a freight train.
"Uncomfortable" kicked things off as the lead single, with a video directed by Evan Brace, and three more singles followed. It debuted at number 8 on the Billboard 200, the band's second top 10 album, and went to the top of the rock album charts in both the US and the UK.
