Back From the Dead is an album by Halestorm, released in 2022. 1 song from it has charted on rock radio countdowns, with 3 countdown appearances in total. The biggest is “Back from the Dead”, on 3 lists with a best position of #10.
Back from the Dead, Halestorm's fifth studio album, arrived on Atlantic on May 6, 2022, and it lands like a band kicking the door off its hinges. Nick Raskulinecz and Scott Stevens are credited as producers, and the lineup is the one that has held for years: Lzzy Hale on lead vocals and guitar, her brother Arejay Hale on drums, Joe Hottinger on guitar and Josh Smith on bass.
The title track went out first, in August 2021, and it's the thesis statement: a riff that stomps, and Lzzy wailing like she has something to prove all over again. "The Steeple" followed in February 2022. For a band from Red Lion, Pennsylvania, that made its name by practically living on the road, this is a record built for big rooms and louder crowds, and a bridge to Everest in 2025.
