Sweet Sour by Band Of Skulls
Sweet Sour is an album by Band Of Skulls, released in 2012. 1 song from it has charted on rock radio countdowns, with 5 countdown appearances in total. The biggest is “Sweet Sour”, on 5 lists with a best position of #56.
Sweet Sour, Band of Skulls' second album, came out in England on 20 February 2012 and in the US the following day. Ian Davenport, who had produced their debut, Baby Darling Doll Face Honey, came back to the controls, and the band set up at Rockfield Studios in Wales to make it. What came out is hard rock with a blues backbone and a bit of swagger: fat, fuzzy riffs and grooves that stomp rather than gallop. The title track was the one that reached the countdowns, and Himalayan came next.
