Run by Alison Wonderland
Run is an album by Alison Wonderland, released in 2015. 1 song from it has charted on rock radio countdowns, with 1 countdown appearance in total. The biggest is “Run”, on 1 list with a best position of #59.
Run, the debut album from Australian DJ, producer and singer Alison Wonderland, came out through EMI Music Australia on 20 March 2015, following Calm Down. It is big-room electronic music with a bruised heart: thumping drops, woozy synths and her own voice pushed right up front, as if the festival tent and the bedroom confessional were the same place.
"U Don't Know", featuring Wayne Coyne, "Run" and "Games" went out as singles, and the title track is the one that reached the countdowns. It peaked at number 6 on the ARIA Albums Chart and went gold, got a J Awards nomination for Australian Album of the Year in 2015, and came back that October 30 as a deluxe edition stacked with remixes and her debut single, "Get Ready". Awake came next.
