WCSX (94.7 FM, branded 94.7 WCSX) is a commercial radio station licensed to Birmingham, Michigan, serving Metro Detroit and owned by Beasley Broadcast Group. It began in 1958 as WHFI, cycled through several formats including a syndicated soft AC run as WMJC "Magic 95," and launched as classic rock WCSX on March 14, 1987, with Bob Seger's "Old Time Rock and Roll" as its first song, making it one of the earliest classic rock stations in the US.
