"Life to Fix" was the lead single from All of This Life, the Record Company's second album, and it's blues-rock with its sleeves rolled up. Chris Vos, Alex Stiff and Marc Cazorla wrote it, and the band teased it on Instagram in April 2018, just days after announcing they'd finished recording the album.
NPR compared its liftoff to a supersonic jet and pegged it as a ready-made ballpark singalong, while Rolling Stone put it among its 10 best country and Americana songs of the week, calling it a scrappy ode to rock bottom and the long climb out. Adult album alternative stations got it at the end of April 2018, with active rock following a day later.
