Solutions by K. Flay
Solutions is an album by K. Flay, released in 2019. 2 songs from it have charted on rock radio countdowns, with 4 countdown appearances in total. The biggest is “Bad Vibes”, on 2 lists with a best position of #28.
Solutions, K.Flay's third studio album, came out on July 12, 2019, through Interscope and its imprint Night Street Records, two years after Every Where Is Some Where had brought her two Grammy nominations. Kristine Flaherty sings, raps and snarls her way across it, and the sound is a scrappy mix of fuzzed-out rock guitar, hip-hop swing and pop hooks that refuse to sit still.
"Bad Vibes" came first, released on March 1, 2019, a wiry shot of anxiety with a chorus built for shouting back. "Sister" followed it onto the countdowns, and lyric videos went up for "This Baby Don't Cry", "Sister" and "Not in California".
