Will You Be My Yellow? is the 2019 EP that put Bakar on the map. The English singer, born Abubakar Baker Shariff-Farr, is known for a restless, experimental take on indie rock, and this is the record that carried "Hell N Back", the single that broke him and the song people still know him by.
It's a laid-back, sun-warmed tune with a sly swagger, and it's what got him noticed. The debut album, Nobody's Home, followed in February 2022, and Halo came the year after.
